Papenburg City Hall

The entire City Hall (called Hall 1) covers an area of 593 sqm (for up to 878 guests in rows of chairs), but can be divided into two halls by means of a partition wall. Hall 2 then has a size of approx. 370 sqm (for up to 450 guests in rows of chairs) and the smaller hall (Hall 3) covers approx. 220 sqm (for up to 350 guests in rows of chairs). All halls have direct daylight, but can also be darkened on request. For further information on seating options, please refer to the seating plan.

We offer conference technology according to your individual requirements. The Stadthalle is partly at ground level. WiFi is available free of charge in all rooms. Hall 1 and Hall 2 have a stage and an orchestra pit. Outside the halls is the foyer with adjoining bar and cloakroom, which is ideal for events and conference breaks. The foyer has daylight but cannot be darkened.

For your planned conferences, seminars and events, we have put together two ideal conference packages, depending on your needs and wishes, which can be individually designed by you with the respective additional options.
